The International Tennis Hall of Fame's Club Affiliate Program launched with the help of thirteen Founding Clubs. As a member of a Founding Club, you have the opportunity to enjoy reciprocal relationships with these other historic and prestigious clubs across the country.
To start scheduling your visit, please click the button below. We ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to your visit. Once you complete and submit the form, your home club will contact the host club to verify that you are in good standing. Once confirmed, the host club will contact you to review the details of your visit. This process should take no longer than 72 hours.
Please note that privileges between clubs may vary, so take a minute to review the details below. Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply.
