FAQ

What is the rain/cancellation policy?

No refunds or exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, you assume the risk of weather-related cancellation or postponement.

Are there any seats in the shade?

A limited number of individual box seats in the shade are available on select dates. The East Courtside Seats have an overhead canopy. The West Courtside Seats get some shade in the afternoon as the sun moves behind the building. View the stadium map here. View the stadium map here.

Who is being inducted?
Where are weekend event being held?

All events, with the exception of the Tennis Wave (Bowens Wharf) and Courting Fashion (Marble House Mansion, 596 Bellevue Ave., Newport), will be held on the grounds of the ITHF at 194 Bellevue Ave., Newport, RI

Does my ticket give me access to all events?

All ticket purchasers will have access to the grounds including Fan Fest. 

Package purchasers click here to view event access. 

Access to Celebrity Pro Classic presented by Fidelity Investments, Induction Ceremony, and Fitz and the Tantrums Concert require a ticket, or package purchase (select packages).

Does my child need a ticket?

Kids 12 and under are free.

Is there handicap seating available on the grounds?

Yes, handicap seating is available in the North court chairs and South Stands. To purchase a ticket with handicap-accessible seating, please call 401-849-6053.

What time do events begin? What time do doors open?

Can I leave the venue and come back later in the day?

Yes.

What dining options are available at the Induction Celebration and do you accept credit cards?

This year's Fan Fest will feature a food truck festival! A variety of delicious dining options are available on-site including sandwiches, salads, snacks, a full bar, and more! 

We are primarily cashless at concessions, but there will be lines that accept cash.

Can I bring in a bag?

There is a limit of 1 small bag per person admitted onto the grounds. Bags may not exceed 12” x 18″ x 15”. All visitors to the event must consent to a reasonable search of the holder’s person and belongings for prohibited items.

What are the prohibited items?

Hard coolers or like containers; Strollers; Alcohol; Food; Bottles or cans (with exception for one personal reusable bottle); Umbrellas; Pocket knives; Weapons of any kind; Noisemaking devices; Video cameras; Computers or laptops; Laser pointing devices; Drones, or any remote controlled aircraft; Selfie sticks; Animals (unless a service animal); any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the ITHF personnel, in their sole discretion

Is there a bag check on site?

No. There is no place on-site to check a bag or store other items, including strollers. Please do not bring any of the prohibited items to the property. Otherwise, you will need to return to your car or items will be confiscated.

Can I play on the grass courts during the weekend?

Court reservations are NOT available to the public or club members during the Induction Celebration weekend.

Is there Will Call?

No. Now that all tickets are digital, we will not have a Will Call. There will be a Customer Service desk at the Box Office on Memorial Boulevard to help people access their tickets on their phones.

Is there a dress code to attend?

There is no dress code for the grounds, Fan Fest, Celebrity Pro Classic presented by Fidelity Investments, and podcast recordings.

Dress code for evening events:

Fit for Fame, Thursday – Resort casual

Courting Fashion presented by Chubb at Marble House, Friday – Cocktail attire

Induction Celebration & Concert, Saturday – Cocktail attire 

Can I visit the Museum while I’m attending the Induction Celebration?

Yes, please visit our newly renovated museum! All ticket holders receive museum admission with their ticket.
