Court Time Fees and Other Charges

Seasonal Court Time

The indoor season runs from September 6, 2010 through May 15, 2011 for 36 weeks. Seasonal Court Time is sold for the entire 36 week season only. Only Hall of Fame Tennis Indoor Club members in good standing may participate. Guests and non-member substitutes are strictly limited to four visits per season.

Seasonal Time fees are based on current court time rates: prime time and non-prime time. If a portion of the time falls into a different rate, the time will be billed proportionately at both rates.

Seasonal Contracts are based on and charged for the total amount of times within the 36 week season that do not conflict with announced club holiday closings (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day (at 4 pm), Christmas Day. New Year's Eve Day (at 4 pm), New Year's Day, Easter, and others TBD).

Each Seasonal Court Time payment and attendance is the responsibility of the individual participants, and not the Hall of Fame Indoor Tennic Club. If a court time cannot be met and the Club has at least 48 hours notice, the Club will make every attempt (but not guarantee) to sell the time as a courtesy to the participants. If the time is sold, credit will be issued in reserved time or extended time (past May 15) for the group.

Seasonal Court Time payments are due one half on or before the first week of the season and one half during the first week of January. Each Seasonal Court Time "court contract" is responsible for the collection of all fees in full from all individual participant applications prior to the due dates. All applications must indicate the name, phone number(s), address, and the proportionate share of the Seasonal Court Time fee of each participant.

Court Reservation Policy

• Reserved court time is on a first come, first serve basis, and may be reserved in 1/2, 1, and 1 1/2 hour time segments up to seven days in advance by calling the Hall of Fame Indoor Tennis Club at 401-849-4777. Members are encouraged to be flexible in their reservations to avoid "dead" court time hours.
   
• Reserved courts not canceled within 24 hours will incur a charge to the member(s) account based on the prevailing rate for the court at the time of the reservation.
   
• Seasonal Court Time (SCT) is available. The season runs from September 6, 2010 through May 15, 2011. Court fees are determined by the above court price schedule. Seasonal payments are due in September during the week of season opening (1/2) and the first week of January(balance). Only club members in good standing may reserve or play on Seasonal Court Time. Deposits for succeeding SCT's are due in May of each year.
   

Seasonal Court Time/Advance Reservation Policy

• Seasonal Court Time or courts reserved more than seven days in advance are available on no more than 1/2 of the daily open courts during any one time period for a fee of $8.00 per court hour.
