The International Tennis Hall of Fame offers tennis year-round on indoor courts. Our indoor tennis season for 2013-2014 begins September 16 2013and runs through May 25, 2014. The facility offers adult and junior instruction, regular tennis clinics, and seasonal and open court time. All ages and ability levels are welcome!

Membership Benefits

  • Members of the Hall of Fame Indoor Tennis Club may reserve a seasonal court time for the duration of the season at a rate of $32-$34 per hour per court.

  • Early Bird Rate: To be paid in full by September 30, 2012
     
  • Family: All members in the same household; children under 21 in school, living at home.

  • Junior: 18 or younger; parental signatures for responsibility for membership must be on file with the tennis office.

*Guests are strictly limited to four visits per season. After the fourth visit, guests will be required to join Hall of Fame Indoor Club.

Seasonal Court Time

The indoor season runs from September 16, 2013 through May 25, 2014 for 36 weeks.

Court fees are determined by the above court price schedule. Seasonal Court Time is sold for the entire 36 week season only. Only Hall of Fame Indoor Tennis Club members in good standing may participate. Guests and non-member substitutes are strictly limited to four visits per season.

Seasonal Court Time fees are based on current court time rates: prime time and non-prime time. If a portion of the time falls into a different rate, the time will be billed proportionately at both rates.

Seasonal Contracts are based on and charged for the total amount of times within season that do not conflict with announced club holiday closings. The season is 36 weeks long, ending on May 25, 2012.  The club will be closed on Thanksgiving (November 28), Christmas (December 25), New Year’s Day (January 1), and Easter (April 20).  The club will close at 4 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

One half of the seasonal court time fees are due on or prior to September 30, 2013. The balance is due no later than January 30, 2014.  There will be no exceptions to these dates. Members who have not paid their court time fees by the due date, will be forbidden to play until their account is paid in full. This will be strictly enforced this year! 

Each Seasonal Court Time payment and attendance is the responsibility of the individual participants, and not the Hall of Fame Indoor Tennic Club. If a court time cannot be met and the Club has at least 48 hours notice, the Club will make every attempt (but not guarantee) to sell the time as a courtesy to the participants. If the time is sold, credit will be issued in reserved time or extended time (past May 25) for the group. 

All seasonal court times that are reserved by a group will have one person known as the “Court Contact.” This person is responsible for conveying the names and contact information of all participants on their court(s). In most cases, this person will be the same as the person(s) under whom the court is titled. This Court Contact will ultimately be our contact for the court (and all participants). This person will be responsible for making sure that membership registrations, court fees, and all other necessary materials, payments and information due from all court participants are submitted to the club on or before their respective due dates. 

Hours of Operation

The Hall of Fame Indoor Tennis Club Office is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.  

Court Reservation Policy

Reserved court time is on a first come, first served basis and may be reserved in 1/2, 1 and 1 1/2 hour time segments up to seven days in advance by calling the Hall of Fame Indoor Tennis Club at 401-849-4777.  

Court Cancellation Policy

Reserved courts not canceled within 24 hours will incur a charge to the member(s) account of the prevaling court time rate at the time of reservation. Non-member cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
