The Hall of Fame was the birthplace of the Newport Jazz Festival in July 1954. George Wein continues the tradition of Jazz in Newport by hosting the Opening Night of the Newport Jazz Festival at the Hall of Fame.

Hall of Fame Corporate Tennis Challenge

The 10th Annual Corporate Tennis Challenge will be held on our historic grass courts and is designed for N.E. corporate / business executives to get together for a day of friendly competition. The Challenge is open to 72 players and includes men's, women's, and mixed doubles matches. The event also includes cocktails and dinner, as well as a raffle and auction.
