The USTA Wing is a 24’ x 78’ private room, equipped with a state of the art A/V system, which can be configured to host a Executive Board meeting of 20 or a theater style lecture of 120. With a built-in digital projector and an 8’ x 8’ screen, your company’s latest PowerPoint, DVD or video presentations can be showcased for all to see. Wireless internet service is available in the room, as well as in-house photocopy and facsimile transmission needs.
When the group breaks for lunch, they can walk out of the room onto the USTA Wing Porch, which overlooks the historic Horseshoe grass court. Lunch on the porch allows for the meeting space to remained set, so as not to disrupt the rhythm of day. Give them a chance to explore the museum during their breaks to let them clear their mind for the next session coming up.
After a full day of important discussions, offer to have your executives play a few rounds of tennis on our grass courts or have a cocktail reception waiting for them on our Horseshoe Piazza to let them relax.
