From his unique perspective, Mark McCormack knew tennis from every conceivable angle and did as much as anyone to shape the game from a business standpoint. The founder, chairman and CEO of International Management Group, McCormack turned IMG into the largest athlete representation company in the world. IMG under McCormack represented many of the standout performers in tennis, including Billie Jean King, Chris Evert, Björn Borg, Pete Sampras, and Monica Seles. Behind the scenes, few did more than McCormack to raise the profile of tennis.
