Donate A Racquet, Help Youth Tennis, Get Free Tickets!
The International Tennis Hall of Fame is accepting donations of usable tennis racquets to be distributed to youth groups and recreation programs this summer. The racquets will be used in youth tennis clinics hosted at the Hall of Fame during the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, and then distributed to various youth groups including Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis & Education and the Harlem Junior Tennis League. For each usable racquet donated, the International Tennis Hall of Fame will award two complimentary vouchers that may be redeemed for seats in the South Stands for tournament matches held on Monday, July 4 and Tuesday, July 5.
The Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, the only ATP World tour event in the Northeast, will be held July 4 - 10 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, R.I. The tournament draws top ATP World Tour pros direct from Wimbledon. Fans can expect great action on court this year as the field features such exciting players as former world No. 2 Tommy Haas, the world's fastest server Ivo Karlovic and up and coming Americans Ryan Harrison and Ryan Sweeting. In addition, the tournament offers great special events all week, including free tennis clinics for all ages on Monday July 4 and Tuesday, July 5- the same dates that the racquet donation tickets are valid.
Usable racquets may be dropped off at the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships Tournament Office, located at 11 Memorial Blvd in Newport, daily between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. It is strongly preferred that racquets be dropped off in advance of the tournament, however racquets will be accepted at the gate on Monday, July 4 or Tuesday, July 5 as well.

About the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships
The Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, an ATP World Tour event, will be held July 4 - 10, 2011 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum in Newport, Rhode Island. The tournament draws 32 top male players to Newport direct from Wimbledon to compete for the Van Alen Cup and $442,500 in prize money.
