Safety & Security Procedures
Safety and security continues to be one of the highest priorities at the International Tennis Hall of Fame and we continue to take every reasonable step to ensure the safety of everyone entering our site.

1.  There will be a limit of one bag per person admitted to the grounds.
2.  All bags are subject to search.
3.  There will be NO backpacks, brief cases, sealed bags of any kind allowed on site.
4.  There will be NO coolers allowed on site.
5.  There will be NO laptops allowed on site. (Except for credentialed media.)
6.  There will be NO video cameras allowed on site.
7.  There will be NO bag storage on site.
8.  There will be NO stroller storage on site.
9.  In addition to the above regulations, any items that might be considered dangerous will not be allowed on site. The Hall of Fame is not responsible for any items that are removed.

The International Tennis Hall of Fame is a NON-SMOKING facility. Therefore, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the site.

Directions to Parking:

From Points South:  Interstate 95 North to Route 138 East over Jamestown and Newport bridges (E-ZPass accepted or $4 toll). Follow signs to “Scenic Newport” and “Transportation and Visitor’s Center” on America’s Cup Ave. Gateway Visitor’s Center is on the right-hand side of the street.

From Boston, Cape Cod and Points North:  Interstate 93 South to Route 24 South. Follow Route 24 to Route 114 South, which turns into West Main Road in Middletown, which turns into Broadway in Newport. Follow Broadway into Newport, and turn right onto Marlborough St. Cross America’s Cup Ave. and the Gateway Center will be directly in front of you.

From Worcester, Providence and Points Northwest:  Interstate 95 South to Exit 9 (Route 4). Route 4 merges into Route 1. Follow Route 1 (less than a mile) to 138 East over Jamestown and Newport bridges (E-ZPass accepted or $4 toll). Follow signs to “Scenic Newport” and “Transportation and Visitor’s Center” on America’s Cup Avenue. Gateway Visitor’s Center is on the right hand side of the street.

Parking
Parking for the Hall of Fame Tennis Championships is available at the Visitor Information Center, 23 America's Cup Avenue, Newport, RI. RIPTA trolley #67 (yellow line, exact change is preferred as bus drivers are only able to provide credit.) will take you to the front door of the International Tennis Hall of Fame. For a full listing of schedules and fares, go to www.RIPTA.com or call (401) 781-9400. Ask for a trolley receipt when you get on the RIPTA trolley. Show your trolley reciept when exiting the Visitor Information Center Parking and park all day for just $2. Prices referenced here are subject to change.

Will Call
Will Call is located in the front entranceway of the Hall of Fame. Ticket orders received after June 30 will be held at Will Call.

Rain Policy
If the session is postponed or cancelled due to weather or other acts beyond our control, the Tournament Committee will make every effort to accommodate the ticket holder at a subsequent session. The Tournament Committee will determine whether a session is completed. However, no refund or rain check will be given.

Concession Stands
Concession stands selling a variety of lunch foods, snacks and drinks are located on-site. Note: No coolers will be allowed on site.
